Shipping & Delivery
Thanks for repping EMBLM. We move fast so your gear gets to you without the wait.
Processing Time
Every order is crafted, packed, and shipped within 1–3 business days.
We don’t ship on weekends or holidays.
If we’re seeing a spike in orders, your shipment may take a little longer. Extra transit time can happen, but if there’s ever a major delay, we’ll reach out directly.
Shipping Rates & Delivery
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout.
Standard Shipping: 5-7 business days
Delivery delays can happen, but we do everything we can to keep things on track.
P.O. Boxes & APO/FPO
We ship anywhere in the U.S., including P.O. Boxes and APO/FPO addresses.
Order Confirmation & Tracking
Once your order ships, you’ll get a confirmation email with tracking info.
Tracking updates typically go live within 24 hours.
Please double-check your address at checkout, we can’t replace or refund packages shipped to an incorrect address.
Customs, Duties & Taxes
Any customs fees or taxes applied after shipping are the customer’s responsibility.
Damaged, Missing, or Stolen Packages
We’re not liable for items damaged or stolen after delivery.
If your order shows as delivered but you can’t locate it, please contact the carrier to start a claim.
Lost Orders
If your tracking says “delivered,” but nothing’s there, email us at contact@shopemblm.com with your order number. We’ll help you track it down and work with the carrier on next steps.
Failed Delivery / Invalid Address
If a package can’t be delivered due to an incomplete or incorrect address, the carrier may attempt rerouting.
If it comes back to us, we’ll reach out and reship it to the corrected address. Additional shipping fees may apply.
