Returns & Exchanges

We want you to feel good about what you wear. If something’s off, we’ll help make it right. Start any return or exchange by emailing contact@shopemblm.com


Return & Exchange Window

You have 15 days from the day your order arrives to request a return or exchange.

Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition.
Requests outside the 15-day window may be denied unless there’s a defect or fulfillment issue.

Note: Pre-order items are final sale and cannot be cancelled, returned, or exchanged.


Exchanges

Need a different size? Email us and we’ll take it from there.

Once approved, we’ll send you return instructions.

  • Exchanges are free

  • Customers cover the cost of return shipping

  • Once we receive your item, we’ll ship the replacement and send new tracking info.

Exchanges cannot be returned a second time.


Damages & Issues

Look over your order when it arrives.

If something shows up damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us right away.
We may ask for photos to verify the issue, and we’ll send a correct or replacement item at no extra cost.


Non-Returnable Items

We do not accept returns or exchanges on:

  • Sale items

  • Gift cards

  • Items that have been worn, washed, or are not in original condition

Please check product descriptions and our size guide before purchasing to ensure the best fit.


Refunds

If a return is approved for special circumstances, a refund will be issued minus return shipping costs.

Once we receive and inspect your item, refunds are typically processed within 10 business days.
Bank or card processing times may vary.
